This X-mas sucked, since I had to euthanize my dog Coco who I'd had for 16 years (she was 20 yrs old).

So, I just realized I can click "edit post" on your posts.

I think that the ability to edit someone else's post is downright stupid. And is the equivalent of a ticking time bomb; it WILL be abused eventually. I can think of a number of ways to do so that wouldn't be detected unless a mod is alerted to each edit and chooses to investigate.

Are football players overpaid?

Sure, they are overpaid, as are many other 'entertainers'. Maybe they get bashed up, but so do others working at other, far less lucrative, jobs that are much more vital to our society. The same can be said about politicians/CEO's and other overpaid leeches.

I believe trump just started world war 3.

The problem the USA now faces is a goose & gander scenario. Having publicly assassinated a high ranking government official, they now face the prospect of other governments doing the same to USA politicians/officials. All that a country has to do is declare that the official is a 'terrorist', or supports terrorism, and it's open season. Perceptions around the world aren't necessarily in lockstep with those of the USA; Trump REALLY ******fucked up here. Not only that, but he also bypassed Congress, which sets a bad precedent and might very well be unconstitutional.
