How do you stop a panic attack.

The panic comes from being afraid of being afraid. So you need to get to know yourself better to learn coping with anxiety. There is nothing you can do to stop it when it happens, just have to ride them out.
Trying to avoid the discomfort will make them stronger.

Reducing stress overall in your life is important as well as managing your emotions and learning about your boundaries.

There is no trick, pill, technique or other that will do anything about it. You can mask the symptoms, but it will only delay your healing overall.

The many worlds theory, what's your opinion?

The way i see it is based on ancient teachings and mystery schools. The science then becomes more abstract, as there is too much to comprehend really.

In essence we are living out one potentiality of an infinite number. All exist always, but what becomes manifest is a different thing al together. We can alter the reality as well by using our minds and call into existence all sorts of things.

The implications of this is rather serious. It tells us a lot about the world we live in and why it is the way it is. Studying this have to take with it large parts of the psychology and how it came into existence and how we are using and abusing it. That is actually more important than the nuts and bolts approach with measurements.

Science itself shows the alterations in the quantum state when we do experiments, which proves the influence of intention. This will be in itself a self regulating mechanism as we are restricted to a certain level of experiments.
Our imaginations have brought forth things left out of our gaze in the ether, something we have managed to build instruments to observe. This is merely scratching the surface still, and we do not possess the faculties to comprehend the all. Neither are we supposed to.

The schooling is individual and collective. As of now we are collectively failing because of certain influences. You might wonder what this has to do with the OP, but this is all linked together.

One of the most common problems is that the gaze become too narrow and the following explanations will be insufficient to gain a hold on what is. Within science itself we can say that all matter is crystallised energy in different states of agitation/vibration. This itself can be broken further down.
Still, this approach do not explain consciousness, dreams and many of the feelings and pondering we find in our species.

We have yet to be commonly able to communicate with our surroundings. The ones that are better connected are regarded insane and their environment can also push them into this state.

We also have the ability to create prisons for ourself leaving us at a disadvantage where we become unable to progress from our current station. This is also something that comes in bloodlines as influence, but is something that can be broken if one gain understanding on the energies surrounding us.

Naturally, for the box headed this will all seem like nonsense, but it has provable validity. If there is lack of understanding and acceptance it´s merely a result of having too narrow of a view. To understand anything we need to broaden our horizon. The wider the gaze, the more we also realise that we will be unable to find unifying and simple theories that can narrow it down. One of our problems is our arrogance and reluctancy to understand the vastness of ways to experience things and also how things work on different timelines.

Big Al and I are on the same philosophical sheet of music.

I am an "Occam's Razor" person. Too many philosophies carry too much baggage to be useful. And most "philosophical systems" are micro in scope.

Without a macro view, we cannot see the forest for the trees.

I do not hold down any specific philosophical system. I think all have value, but that there is not enough understanding about these things.

I find that the more I expand my own way of thinking, the wider the range of the scope becomes.

Many people I talk to have narrow views. It’s easier to choose black or white than to obtain an understanding of the whole and all the range within.
It becomes increasingly difficult to converse with breadth, because so much is included and so much is excluded at the same time that it becomes insufficient.

Talking about trees and forests would be a good place to start, but those are very small on a grand scale and would not necessary be pertinent to the actions discussed. Like how does the forest impact the celestial movements?
We could say that the celestial impact the forest, and for that we merely needs to go into the woods to look. It would be important to both look at the tree and the forest as a whole, but also understand what is beyond the obvious. Both into the micro and into the macro there are things of value to be studied further.

A problem we have is to find a certain explanation that can be held as true. For anything in this realm focused on a low level, it’s only possible for anything to be true within a finite moment. This truth also changes.
The easy look on that is that there was a time before trees and forests and there will be a time after it.

Thank you for your thoughts.

There is only one right view. The goal in life is finding it before we expire.

In a sense, I do adhere to this. Though it’s complicated to formulate words to make sense of what it entails.

I don't like subscribing to either of these views. I think if you ignore both of them, a world of possibility opens up to you. A world not determined by others but of your own entirely.

At least that's how I try to look at it.

I think both have validity, but neither can be all end all.

We cannot form our own world as we are entangled with the will of others. The language we use for example is not our own, most of our ideas are transplanted and our views shaped by interaction with others.

Still, i do like the idea of gaining more power for the individual and for the self to make sound choices instead of just following.
Thank you for your reply.

A heart is but a muscle,
That keeps us all alive,
It pumps the life blood in us,
Without it we'd not survive.

It beats in many rhythms,
And mirrors most in size,
It doesn't feed us data,
Nor does it make us wise.

It stores the love inside us,
It races when we fear,
And it leaks very slowly,
Each time we shed a tear.

So many make choices from it,
The ones they do believe,
It helps us with compassion,
And sinks each time we grieve.

It breaks many times in life,
Sometimes we feel it knot,
We should cherish it dearly,
Its the greatest gift we've got.

Shall we not use it wisely,
For we feel it ache,
Yet even though protected,
Others can obtain its break.

Yet also can they fill it,
And give it such a lift,
Wear it gently On your sleeve,
And give it as a gift.

Mine is tired and old now,
And sore upon a touch,
But I think I've used it carefully,
In fact maybe too much.

Its not so strong anymore,
But still I know it's there,
What's left I gladly offer,
Its yours my friend too share.

The heart holds so much more than we think.
Many of our problems comes because of loosing the heart connection. We become too much mind.

In the body we have many centers of intelligence. The heart muscle have been shown to have capacities that resemble the brain. The same goes for the gut.
If we carry on the separations, we will never get anywhere. We need unification and cooperation. This starts within ourselves. If we cannot eve reach our own hearts, what chances have we if reaching another?
It would merely turn into the blind leading the blind so to speak.

Think that most can feel tired in the heart at times, but it’s also a place of eternal youth. A closing would be detrimental, but an opening will revive it.
It’s also important to keep shining a light into it and to work on maintenance.
In some schools they talk about polishing the heart to get a clear connection with that which is beyond. These are abstract principles and will only be understood when felt.

In any case we do need to start work on the individual level to make a difference. To sanitize and develop the self. Not talking about the ego here, but the real self.
On that journey, some interesting things comes along the way.

As I see it, I have a choice between two world views.

1. There is no God. We are here due to a series of cosmic and biological accidents. We all have a finite existence in a finite cosmos. We will all eventually die and our consciousness will fade into oblivion. About five billion years from now, the sun will expand to the orbit of Mars and incinerate the earth. Some trillions or quadrillions of years from now, the last star will wink out and the cosmos will be engulfed in everlasting darkness. Some google trillion years from now, the last proton will disintegrate and there will be absolutely nothing left to say that we lived, that we loved, or that we counted for anything.

2. There is a God. There is a Plan. Our physical death will not be the end of our consciousness. The old cosmos and earth will pass away, but they will be replaced by a new cosmos with a new earth. We will live forever and our minds will keep expanding. We will have attained eternal paradise.

Nothing we do matters if the first world view is correct.

Everything we do matters if the second world view is correct.

Putting things into dualism of black and white would not do you much good. It’s a difficult way of living trying to see everything as one or the other when both are linked together.

So I would say, based in spirituality, these views would not work.
And I would say based on observations and science, these views would not work.

To formulate a comprehensive answer to the comment and give understanding would be too time consuming I’m afraid.
Still, I do appreciate the answer. So thank you for your thoughts.

There seems to be an epidemic of cases of bipolar in the usa and uk.

The increased prevalence is a measure of the mental health on society as a whole. As we live undynmic machine like lives we become robbed of our nature and it’s difficult to be well adjusted to it.

I would say that anyone that thrives in this day an age either is having some dark issues or is ignorant. I could say being stupid is probably the best thing to feel good.

We do have some lack when it comes to nutrition that causes mental problems. This is something that will come forth as we progress and the so called science catches up. The dsm as it stands is merely a group of beard stroking men getting together with their warped views.

If we return to the holistic approach and see the individual, the “illness” quickly disappears. It’s then recognized more as a symptom of something else. The religion of doctors and big pharma as it stands now needs to come undone as the naked emperor in front of the people and we need to address issues for what they are instead of inventing all kinds of crap to try to explain simple matters.

We also need to learn self acceptance and refrain from edhering to the social persona as that is detrimental to the health of the individual. This is manifested either as a disease or disorder, and is merely the self fighting the false and coming through to be of guidance.

Some cases of mental issues will be more serious, but we need more studies on this. Loading people up with chemicals have dire consequences and we are seeing the fruits of the malpractice now in increasing numbers. It takes a long time to explain this, but it started decades ago and is ongoing.

The way of living against nature makes forces come down upon one in ways that is meant to promote healing. Understanding is needed, and mostly this is an individual journey.

No diagnose can define the individual unless there is a choice to identify with it. This then becomes an excuse to avoid the pain of facing oneself and to avoid being exposed and vulnerable. This also is something that prolongs the healing process which is a fall and then a climb back up to be renewed.

Mankind also goes through larger cycles. If this is not addressed then we will bring forth madness instead of gaining the benefits of insights from beyond the veil. It’s not all that complicated, but in our time it’s not accepted because the dumb think they know everything when in fact they know nothing.
These problems will increase steadily over the next few years and we will see more strange behavior in the coming times.
We will also see some “new” diseases probably in the next year or perhaps in the next five. So much more to look forward to.

For the ones that think that they are in a bad way, there is a lot of good to be gained from the winter cycle. It’s an opportunity to sanitize the self and to get rid of much of the false and become honest with who one is as a person and as an individual.

Cold remedies

A cold is a result of a compromised immune system so lessening the load is important.

Get off all grains and sugars, artificial flavors, colorings and preservatives.
Drink only clean water and lots of it (not overdoing it of course)
And eat proper food like meat, vegetables and eggs. If fish is your preference that is fine too.

For supplementation you can use vitamin c and minerals.

Other than that it’s only time that heals as the body takes care of things itself.

I don’t get proper colds anymore unless I compromise myself. And then it only lasts for maximum a day. I was chronically ill in my youth following the advice of people supposedly in the know.

You will know when you are doing it right as you won’t get colds anymore and if you get the flu it will be a slight fever lasting merely for a couple of hours.

We’ve come accustomed to disease that is not normal for us, but as we put so much crap in our bodies the system gets overwhelmed.

Why are people so hung up on looks?

Because sight is our preferred sense when making judgments and we have been socially programmed to put most of our stock on looks.

There is a lot more to it than mere magazine beauty. For myself I cannot see the person behind a thick mask and don’t see the point in the projections, but people are easily mislead.

The heart will be the most important feature, but looks and how a person carries themselves does make a difference as we gauge how we match based on certain features. The genetics will be involved in preferences and there is only so much one can do about that.

This said, we also have a lot of programming going on about appearance which do not conform with the dynamic nature of matchmaking, which for the easily influenced will cause problems and tough lessons as one then learn that what’s behind the facade bear no resemblance to what one initially thought was there. This then becomes a falsehood of which veils truth, be it permeates our general perception to a point of living in a false world where not even truth is seen as truth.
The offset then brings on personal experiences that comes with pain so that the individual can learn to look past the outside and get more in touch with the feeling and intuition instead of learned reaction. The difference here is only learnt by experience, so we have to pass through the fire to get to an understanding.
